Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we have established the following return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • In its original, sealed, and unopened condition.

  • In the original packaging with all components intact and safety seals unbroken.

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Kits or components with opened, broken, or tampered packaging.
    This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are safe and intact.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or a kit/component is missing or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@annisoka.com, including photos or videos as proof.
We will gladly provide replacement parts or a new kit at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact support@annisoka.com within 30 days to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  2. Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your eligible return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
